so how did i do? well, i didn't quite moisturize everyday, or meet my fresh foods quota, but i was more conscious about trying to do both. my legs are definitely softer and smoother for it, and my diet marginally improved. what i learned is that it's good to have a challenge - a daily goal. whether it's a squat challenge or a lotion challenge, it's important to know one's end goal and break it into manageable pieces. it's like a vision board turned into a calendar. after this i'm considering breaking some of my bigger goals it's 3-4 week daily pieces, and i'll definitely keep trying to moisturize daily.
