new: rita hazan pop color spray.

{blue hair, don't care!}

inspired by the candy-colored locks of pop stars like katy perry, rita hazan has created a high-end temporary version.  while brightly colored hair is eye-catching and fun, committing to such a bold look may not be practical for all career gals, myself included.  pop color temporary color spray for her helps bridge this ideological gap. 

i stopped by the rita hazan salon NYC on fifth avenue for a blow-out to test the new product.  i was easily convinced to go blue (to match my eyes), and i was pleasantly surprised by how easy the transformation was.  i was also surprised by how pale i look in this photo, which goes to show you can never be wearing too much blush. 

the process:  once hair is dry and styled, section off the area for coloring, spray about a foot away, and let dry. 

what i liked:  it was playful and made people do a double-take!  also, the color lasted all day, didn't get on my clothes, and didn't make my hair stiff or sticky.
