review: hourglass cosmetics opaque rouge liquid lipstick.

liquid lipstick is fall's it item, it offers tons of color payout with a matte finish.  during fashion week i played with hourglass cosmetics' version - opaque rouge liquid lipstick*. 

i absolutely loved the two shades i tried - empress and muse.  both shades are statement pieces on their own - they can make an outfit.  the doe foot applicator combined with the smooth formula made application fairly easy.  while the lipstick doesn't last 14 hours (as advertised), i did still have color on after finishing a full cup of coffee, and it was fully intact for at least 6 hours.
