probably not, but if so, try l'oreal's HIP high intensity pigments kohl eyeliner. while the shades are very color-rich and last for hours, loose powder is just a bad idea for eyeliner. it's hard to get a neat line, and even harder not end up with loose powder all over your cheek.

I tried one of these too, hoping it would be like Guerlain's version. Long story short, these suck in a major way. I am glad I am not alone in feeling that way

Glad to know that I'm not the only one that feels this way! It was beyond irritating for me...so glad that I didn't splurge on the Guerlain one!
I found out the hard way you're right. I used the navy color so it looked like I had a black eye with all of it sprinkled below my eye.
