holiday wish list 2008: laura geller's fresh baked beauty.

i'm using this picture to show you laura geller's fresh baked beauty kit, but it doubles as an opportunity for you to see my new haircut by calli from xac anthony salon (which a few of you have been asking about!). what do you think? i love both!

the laura geller fresh baked beauty kit includes:

• balance-n-brighten (swirled tones of soft tan/ beige/ ivory)
• blush-n-brighten in pink grapefruit (beige/ mauve/ pink shimmer)
• baked marble eyeshadow duo in blue icing/coffee cake (light blue/ blue/ bronze)
• baked cake eyeliner duo in blueberry/dutch chocolate (shimmering dark blue/ matte dark brown)
• lip gloss in better than bare (pink beige)

this kit is made in italy - all of the colors are hand-mixed and then baked in terra cotta pots. it's baking-ccentric theme also makes it perfect for this time of year. this would make a great gift for the makeup novice to the esteemed collector. it is easy to use - thanks to a face chart insert, but the colors are unique and sophisticated o that the product collector on your list will also love it.

my biggest surprise was how much i loved the lip gloss - i figured, who needs another lip gloss? until i put it on and it looked someone has sprayed my lips in sex appeal. apparently i needed another lip gloss.
