philosophy's holiday gifts are always some of the cutest -- so perfectly in line with the holiday spirit, in a way that isn't all reindeer sweaters and other such grotesque things. this gingerbread house ($30) is filled philosophy's signature 3-in-1's in sweet creamy frosting, gingerbread, cinnamon hot drops, and spicy gumdrop. and it would make an excellent hostess gift, much better than say, an actual gingerbread house kit.
another delightful hostess gift is the recipe box ($18). it contains some of my favorite 3-in-1s, strawberry shortcake, red velvet cake, and sweet creamy frosting. plus, the can actually be used as an adorable little recipe box.
the holiday cookbook ($35) is one of philosophy's perennial holiday gifts. each year philosophy features different 3-in-1s in little 2 ounce bottles. this year's selection includes red velvet cake, cinnamon buns, spicy pear cobbler, pumpkin spice muffin, gingerbread and double rich hot cocoa. i remember reading about the holiday cookbook in seventeen magazine when i was in high school and hoping to see it under the tree (and it was, thankfully!).
