one of my favorite places to show a pop of bright color is the cheek. even a really bright blush, when applied with a light hand, can come of as subtle. unlike a neon lip or a bold eye, a bright cheek has so much more of a je ne sais quoi about it. the girl is glowing, but who knows why?
