drug(store) bust: TruBlend loose powder with minerals

being a devotee of covergirl's TruBlend foundation, i was very interested in the release of their newest product in the TruBlend line, loose powder with minerals.
sadly, it did not "wow" me. it was a little too shiny and the coverage was uneven. it definitely cannot stand on its own as a "base". combined with other products, it could be workable, but why bother? im gonna have to give it a 2 and 1/2 (thats what those anchors are about, they're a ranking system, fyi). it won't kill you, but following that logic im pretty sure it wont make your look any stronger either.
